"Very slow response from his office when billing errors were made by State Farm. Still awaiting the refund that was billed in error. I called on occasion for minor things and I never heard back from them. I concluded that there was very little personal service to the little guy. As a result I changed companies for a better listener."
"Hi John, I did research your billing questions and found that we did respond to the billing changes you made online within 24hours. Because you did make changes these changes online we were able to correct the mistake in our office and refund accordingly for that billing error.
